Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Warranty Service Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Eligibility:

  1. Within 14 Days of Purchase: Full refund available for warranty services that have not been utilized.
  2. 15-30 Days After Purchase: 70% refund available for unused warranty services.
  3. 31-60 Days After Purchase: 50% refund available for unused warranty services.
  4. After 60 Days: No refunds available except in special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Cancellation:

  1. Log in to your Dell Warranty Services account.
  2. Navigate to "My Services" and select the warranty you wish to cancel.
  3. Click the "Request Cancellation" button and follow the prompts.
  4. Alternatively, contact our customer service team via email or phone.

Refund Processing

Once your cancellation request has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Warranty services that have been partially or fully utilized.
  • Administrative fees associated with warranty processing.
  • Services purchased as part of a promotional bundle, unless specified otherwise.
